Do prints come with frames?

No. At this time, we do not include frames with our prints.

Are prints/canvases ready to hang?

All prints are mounted and receive a protective coating. Prints can be hung directly to the wall using velcro strips or another adhesive, set on an easel, or put in a frame. All canvas prints come ready to hang. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 2-4 business days. During busy seasons and print launches, the processing time may be a little longer. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order once shipped. 

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Due to the nature of this product, some items may be damaged during shipping. We work hard to get a replacement out immediatley. Please send an email with a photograph of the damaged product to hello@brandielaineprints.com. Damaged products will be replaced free of charge. All damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving your product(s). 

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personalization of the items, we cannot accept returns.

I am sending a gift, can you hold the invoice?

No invoices will be included due to the amount of customers who send our prints as gifts. 

Can I send a note or card with my order?

At this time, we do not include notes or cards in orders. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are personalized, printed, and shipped quickly. Once an order is printed it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure to double-check the personalization and  correct size before placing your order. 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email hello@brandielaineprints.com with your name, order number, and request. Your order may have already been printed by the time your request is processed. At that point, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. 

My address was incorrect, what now?

If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Can I change my shipping after placing my order?

We try our best to accommodate all requests, however, orders are personalized, printed, and shipped quickly after purchase. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email hello@brandielaineprints.com and we will do our best to have it changed if your item has not yet shipped. 

Can I use more than one coupon code?

Coupon codes are limited to one code per order. However, FREE shipping applies to all orders over $100 and does not require a coupon code. You may take advantage of a coupon code and FREE shipping.
